Kolbe Madden
SIXTH GRADE- ENGLISH/WRITING AND THEOLOGY

My name is Kolbe Madden, I am from Wamego, Kansas and I have recently graduated from Benedictine College with degrees in Secondary Education and English. I come from a large Catholic family where I grew up with a passion for the traditions of the faith. I also have a love for stories and I have brought the faith into this love, showing how different pieces of literature demonstrate and reflect different Catholic ideals. I have been serving as a dormitory resident assistant at Maur Hill Academy in Atchison, KS this past year. I hope to lead the middle school students to an appreciation of reading and writing and show them how literature can be used to bring us closer to God through Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
